Attend meetings, or local events and decide whether the leaders are committed not only to their own success but also to the prospects success. A little research goes a long way, and the team you join will be the team of people you work with directly on a daily basis, so choose wisely. Last, be realistic with your expectations. Be motivated, but remember that Network Marketing is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Find a company and team that is willing to
grow and help you grow as well.
